Will I still hear my alarm?

Yes, for most people. Life+ takes about 24 dB off the room (SNR 24); an alarm or a smoke detector starts far louder, so it still gets through. Very deep sleepers: put the phone a little closer, or test it one night first.

I sleep on my side. Will anything press?

No. The earplugs have no stem and sit flush in the ear. The mask has no buckle and no elastic over the ears: the Velcro strap sits behind your head, and the soft pads keep pressure off your eyes.

Does the mask really keep the light out?

It runs from forehead to cheeks and closes the gap at the nose, where light usually gets in. Wear it a little lower than a normal mask at first; most people find their position within a night or two.

My ear canals are narrow. Will Life+ fit?

Life+ fits most adults. If earplugs usually fall out or press, add the AI ear measurement: you upload a photo of each ear and we send the size that fits.

Can I pick the mask colour, and buy one for my partner?

How do I clean the mask and the earplugs?

Great soundproofing

I bought these for sleeping to block out my partner snoring, and they do block a lot more than normal foam plugs. However, I have narrow ear canals and can’t quite get these to sit flush. So they protrude too much and the pillow pushes them into my ear making them a little uncomfortable. Would be great if a narrower or smaller design was available at some stage.

Our earplugs are reusable and are not designed to be thrown away after a single use. They are made from soft, durable silicone and can generally be used long time when cleaned, stored, and handled correctly.

However, they are not intended to last forever. For the best comfort, hygiene, and noise-reduction performance, we recommend replacing them if the silicone becomes damaged, torn, permanently deformed, unusually hard, difficult to clean, or no longer creates a secure seal in the ear. Based on our internal testing and customer feedback, we recommend replacing the earplugs after approximately 100 uses to maintain optimal comfort, hygiene, and noise-reduction performance.

To help extend their lifespan, please clean them gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, allow them to dry completely, and store them safely in their case between uses.

With proper care, they can provide reliable protection and comfort for a long time.
