Wore these at a five-hour techno set last month. You could still follow the music clearly, just quieter, without that underwater foam muffle. I have tried foam plugs at shows before and they made the whole thing sound like it was happening in another room. These genuinely feel like someone just turned the DJ’s volume knob down two notches. No more ringing ears the morning after. Not an exaggeration to say they’ve changed how much I enjoy going out.

I photograph around 150 shows per year and I have had tinnitus in my left ear for two years as a result of not taking this seriously earlier. Started using the Music SoundPRO six months ago on medical advice. The tinnitus has not worsened since. More importantly, I can still hear the performances I need to time my shots to, just quieter. The drop before the chorus, the build, the timing. That is not something foam plugs give you, they just muffle everything. Career-preserving kit.

Went to six festivals between June and August. Used the Music SoundPRO at all of them. Left every single one without ringing ears, which is unprecedented for me. The sound quality difference versus Loop Experience (which I used last year) is subtle but real; the BOLLSEN feels slightly more open in the upper frequencies, which matters at outdoor stages. The case is also better designed for throwing in a pocket quickly between stages.

I wore these for a full eight-hour shift at a festival last summer as part of the production crew. Not once did I need to take them out. Previous music earplugs I had used started creating pressure discomfort around hour three. The BOLLSEN silicone is softer than anything else I have tried at this price point and sits far enough in the canal that I forget they are there. No irritation, no itching, no occlusion effect with my own voice. Genuinely comfortable all-day wear.

Small ear canals have always been an issue for me with earplugs. Used the AR KI TECH sizing service and received the small size, which I would never have selected myself. Perfect fit. Stayed in through four hours of dancing, no adjustment needed. Previously I had resigned myself to just tolerating discomfort or having them fall out; I did not know correct sizing made this much difference. The return rate claim of 3% suddenly makes sense.

I’m a touring guitarist and wear earplugs for three to four hours every night on stage. The Music SoundPRO is the only over-the-counter option I have found that I can wear for a full show without ear fatigue. The medical-grade silicone does not create the suction feeling you get with some brands. They sit lightly in the canal and the attenuation filter does the work without pressure. Have been recommending them to every musician I meet on the road.

I ordered the AR KI TECH version and received the wrong size in my first shipment, which was my fault for submitting one photo in poor lighting. Contacted customer service, explained the situation, and had the correct size replacement dispatched within 24 hours at no additional cost. No argument, no return shipping fee, no waiting. The whole exchange was resolved in two emails. That kind of service from a smaller brand is not something you take for granted.

Used the 40-day guarantee on my first order because I wanted to properly test them across multiple show types before committing. When I requested the refund (I was initially undecided rather than dissatisfied), the process was instant and I received the money back within two working days. Ended up ordering again a month later because the sound quality was actually excellent and I had missed them. The no-quibble guarantee is genuinely no-quibble.

Ordered for a festival that was postponed by two weeks. Contacted BOLLSEN to ask about the returns window given the change of dates and they extended my guarantee period without hesitation. Small thing but it shows the customer service approach matches the product quality. Delivery was also faster than expected, two days to Central London. Will be ordering a second pair as backup before the next tour.
