Will it fit my head?
The Velcro strap adjusts, so one size fits most adult men and women as well as teenagers. If it doesn't fit, send it back within 40 days.
Can I sleep on my side or stomach?
Yes. There is no elastic and no hard seam at the sides, and the strap sits behind your head, so it stays in place on your side and front.
Will it leave marks on my face?
The silk pad spreads the contact across a wide area and nothing thin digs in, so most people wake up without creases.
Can I put it in the washing machine?
