A peaceful night’s sleep 😴I tried these smaller plugs for the first time last year. They are a great fit and block out my husband’s snoring almost completely, such that I can get to sleep and stay asleep! Having spent a fortune over the years trying different brands, I will never go anywhere else but Bollsen. The staff are very helpful and genuinely want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Best earplugs everI love these, my husband snore and usually I can’t get to sleep. These are a game changer, they muffle the sound sufficiently for me to get to sleep now. Also after years of itchy ears using wax earplugs, I’ve had no problems at all since using these. Really pleased considering the price.

Excellent earplugsHave slept so well since I got them. I'm a very light sleeper and these earplugs have blocked out all noise throughout the night and in the morning. I can't even hear my Cockerell crowing!! Only downside is they hurt a little. I've had titanium earplugs before and they were very sore, so the Bollsen are a significant improvement. But I've small ears and I'm a side sleeper and depending on which ear I sleep on, if does hurt a little in the morning.

Really good earplugsI’ve been using these for nearly a year now and they’ve really helped me sleep better. They are comfortable and easy to insert (once you get the hang of it) and hugely reduce the sounds that used to disturb my sleep - planes, traffic, husband snuffling or snoring, etc. So pleased I discovered these. They come with a very handy little metal tube for storage when travelling etc - I wish this were optional however as you really don’t need a new one with each purchase.

Excellent fitI ordered a pair of Life+ earplugs a few years ago and was pleased with their noise reduction. Unfortunately the standard size is too large for my ears and if I wore them too often my ears would be painful. I chose to try out the AR KI TECH fitting for a new pair and it was astounding how well they fit now. Still the same terrific noise reduction but a much more comfortable fit. Highly recommend.

Will they work for my partner's snoring?
That's what Life+ is made for. It’s rated 24 dB SNR, and we have tested it more than 1,700 times in-house. Everyday snoring drops to a murmur. Very loud snoring gets much quieter, but no earplug makes it silent. You have 40 days to try it in your own bedroom.
Will they fall out during sleep?
They're made to stay put. The soft two-lamella silicone fills your ear canal and moves with you when you turn over, unlike foam plugs that slowly expand and work their way out. If a plug keeps loosening, tell us and we exchange it for another size, free.
Which size will I get?
Your AI ear measurement is included: upload a photo of each ear before checkout, or later from the link we email you, and we send the size that fits you. If the size is off, we exchange it for free.
Can I still hear my alarm clock?
Most people do. Life+ lowers sound by 24 dB instead of sealing it out, so snoring and traffic fade to a murmur while a loud alarm still gets through. Alarms and sleepers differ, so test it with your own alarm on the first night.
Will they block a barking dog or noisy neighbours?
They make it much quieter. Life+ takes about 24 dB off steady noise like a neighbour’s TV, traffic or a barking dog, so it drops to a murmur. A very loud, sudden bark close by can still get through. You have 40 nights to test it at home.
Can I wear them every night?
Yes, Life+ is designed for nightly use. It's made from soft, hypoallergenic silicone, free of BPA, PVC and latex. Rinse the pair with warm water after use and let it dry. If you have an ear condition or ear pain, check with your doctor before using any earplug.
How do I use the Life+ earplugs?
Push a clean earplug gently into your ear canal while turning it slightly. It should close the canal completely without being pushed in deep. In the morning, pull the tab to take it out.
How long do they last?
Each pair is made for about 100 uses, roughly three months of nightly wear. That works out at 30p a night for a single pair, or 10p a night in the 10x Pack. Swap to a fresh pair when the surface starts to feel slightly tacky or they no longer seal well.
