Road and wind noise attenuation is very good. Almost as good as my custom molded earphones. However the music and phone calls are muted to the point it’s hard to understand my intercom buddies. If audio isn’t your main concern these will get the job done.
Really comfy & easy 2 insert. But unfortunately block out too much noise for me to hear the intercom
The ear defenders are effective and easy to install with a bit of practice. Other companies give you three plugs, so you have a spare, should the inevitable happen whilst out riding. The plugs are a tight fit in the tube container. I popped them in wide end first. That way they come outuch more easily.

The earplugs do not have a specific expiry date. Thanks to the quality of the material, they can be used many times. Based on our internal tests and feedback from many users, we generally recommend around 100 uses per pair of earplugs.
After that, it depends a lot on how they have been used, cleaned and stored. Over time, the silicone can gradually lose some of its firmness and comfort, which can also slightly reduce the effectiveness of the noise isolation.
For this reason, we recommend replacing the earplugs after around 100 uses to maintain optimal comfort and performance.
