Delighted with this product
I recently went on holiday with my family. The resort entertainment was extremely noisy at night. This along with noisy air conditioning in the room and my daughter’s unbelievably loud snoring could have been a disastrous holiday for me with no sleep. Great for noise reduction

Do they block out all noise?
No earplug blocks everything, and you would not want it to. Rooth C&P lowers noise by 25 dB SNR, so snoring, traffic and voices through the wall become much quieter. Loud sounds such as an alarm clock usually still come through, but test yours on the first night.
Will they fit small ear canals?
Rooth C&P comes in one size, M, for ear canals of 7–12 mm. That fits most adults. If your ear canals are small, Life+ Pink comes with a small and a medium pair. And you have 40 days to try them.
Can I sleep on my side in them?
Some side sleepers find them fine, others feel the earplug against the pillow. If you mostly sleep on your side, Life+ is designed for that and sits flatter in the ear.
How do I put them in and take them out?
Check that they are clean and undamaged. Hold the earplug between thumb and index finger and turn it gently into the ear until the fins close the ear canal. Don't push it in too deep.
To take it out, pull the tab slowly while turning it. Never pull it out fast: that can hurt the eardrum. Then put the pair back in the aluminium case.
How do I clean them?
Wash them with lukewarm water and mild soap, or wipe them with a damp cloth. Don't use alcohol or chemicals: they can damage the silicone and lower the protection. Let them dry before you put them back in the case.
How long do they last?
Up to 100 uses. Replace them sooner if the silicone tears, gets hard or no longer seals, and at the latest by the date printed on the pack.
What if they don't work for me?
Send them back within 40 days and get your money back. This comes on top of your statutory right of withdrawal. Conditions are in our refund policy.
