I love them! Great Product

This product made my daughter's swimming lessons much more safe and enjoyable. We had tried others but they would just get loose and get lost, a waste of time and disappointment. But these Bollsen earplugs I love them! they effectively block out water and stay in your ear. My daughter, 8 yrs old, doesn't worry about it anymore and can focus on the swimming. I've never had such excellent customer support, ever! Tom has been outstandingly patient with me whilst I find the correct plugs to fit my ears, and explained the reasoning why the plugs need a few days to adapt to the shape of my ears. It has been a pleasure and a joy to have found this company. Not just because they obviously actually care about helping people cope with noise issues, but because their product works!! I've tried all kinds of earplugs and none have been as comfortable and wearable as these. I suffer from searing pain in my ears with any wind at all and need to wear earmuffs even when it is warm - now, I just wear my earplugs and can stop looking bonkers in the summer! I hate things in my ears, so I was very iffy about the idea of wearing them for extended periods, but I wore them dog walking in the wind (yey!!) and continued with them into my local shop which has a loud radio and is painful for me and guess what? I originally bought the normal adult earplugs, which work well but I find them slightly big. I thought the smaller Kids ones might be ideal but somehow they hurt my ears - I'm a dedicated side sleeper. Emailed Bollsen and they were great, I returned them for a refund with ease. I've tried a lot of earplugs in the last month and the Bollsen do the best job, I just need a size between adult and kid! I'm persevering with the adult ones.
