I'm a very light sleeper, so I chose these small, soft earplugs.
As described, they are very soft, small and fit my ear perfectly. You can hardly feel them at all when wearing them.
Noise is reduced to the point where you can sleep peacefully (tested with street noise, my partner's snoring, moderately loud music in the next room).
They don't block out 100% of outside sounds, because otherwise you wouldn't hear your alarm clock etc.
The small case for storage and quick transport squeaks a little when opening/closing, but I think it's great that it's included in the set.
