They are a bit uncomfortable at first, but they mould to your ear after a few uses. I wear them all night every night. They block out husbands snoring and I actually am sleeping better generally. I’ve been wearing these plugs for the last 3 months & they have completely changed my life! I originally bought them in a desperate attempt to block out my husband’s snoring. It took about a week to feel completely comfortable, I find putting the plugs in my ears whilst lying down the easiest way to put them in. To start with, I wasn’t convinced because I could still hear even when the plugs were in, but I stuck with them & found once I relax, they do actually muffle the noise to an extent where it doesn’t bother me & more importantly, doesn’t wake me up. I didn’t realise how sensitive my hearing was, my husband’s snoring is no longer waking me & I’m staying asleep for the entire night, something which has never happened in 20 years together. I received my order but to be honest I don’t find the earplugs that great…I have reverted back to my foam ones…they are hard to insert and I find myself twisting them hard into my ears…even at that I find the ineffective in blocking out many sounds…also it’s hard to sleep on one’s side as I can feel them digging into the pillow. . maybe I am putting them in wrong but really I can hear everything!!!

Not quite the Holy Grail suggested by some reviewers, but, on balance, I'm pleased to have bought them.
On the negative side, they are a ridiculous price for an article whose manufacturing cost must be negligible, so you are paying a lot for the product development and marketing. However, the design is clever, and I have found them a more comfortable alternative to foam plugs, with noise reduction on a par, providing that you insert the plugs correctly. This took a few days to master, and I discovered that even small adjustments can make a big difference to both comfort and effectiveness; you rotate them, rather than pushing them further into the ear canal (if you do the latter, they will get stuck and are difficult to remove).
They stay in well, and whilst I'm still pleased to take them out in the morning they are more tolerable than foam
