Very friendly and attentive customer service
My issue was handled very quickly and kindly, and they made an effort to find earplugs that suit me. The earplugs made from photos of my ears now fit my ears well, although the noise reduction isn't as good as I'd hoped it would be.

Ear Plugs for Swimming
I bought 2 pairs for my child to use in her swimming training. Trying to prevent recurrent ear infections. It took a few attempts to get used to wearing them. We had one instance where one of the ear plugs fell out in the pool (but she found it!). We think this is because one of the plugs is slightly squashed (was like that when arrived) so doesn’t fit quite correctly. We swapped for the other pair and was fine. Bit disappointed that one ear plug can’t be used, but other than that good product. If anyone knows how the squashed one can be corrected let me know.
Ear Defenders for dogs superb customer service
Canine Ear Defenders
I ordered medium for our sprocker to help him with the fireworks. Despite 'careful' measuring the chart recommended a medium size. The defenders arrived quickly as I requested for the New Year fireworks. I didn't know they existed until looking online for advice after Christmas and had emailed a request for priority delivery. I had a reply almost straight away confirming the defenders had been dispatched. . . Brilliant service. Unfortunately the defenders were a little bit too large but despite that seemed to work well and we gad an almost stress free night of fireworks. The advice on getting the dog used to them until he was comfortable worked like a dream. It helps I guess that he's a good dog and well used to different games and experiences . So, as they were too large I emailed customer service who advised on returning and ordering the smaller size which I followed and received the small size a few days after. They fit much better and are happy with them. I am so impressed with the product and the service provided. Tom, you are a credit to the company and your attitude and commitment to the customer is 5+ 🌟
Great product
Bought these ear plugs and wear them while riding my motorcycle cuts out the wind noise and protects my heating.
best investment ever
Bought these last week used twice so far for riding mo/bike fantastic results excellent sound suppression, supremely comfortable, could hear my exhaust without wind noise. I'm blown away. so glad i bought them.
Great soundproofing
I bought these for sleeping to block out my partner snoring, and they do block a lot more than normal foam plugs. However, I have narrow ear canals and can’t quite get these to sit flush. So they protrude too much and the pillow pushes them into my ear making them a little uncomfortable. Would be great if a narrower or smaller design was available at some stage.
Best purchase
These are excellent, I stay twice a year with my best friend, only down side she snores really loud, these are amazing! Never thought I could block the snore out! Recommend these highly!!!!
Tested at a Sigur Ros gig
I lost my last “gig” earplugs so did a little digging around and ordered these ones from Bollsen. Their first test was front row seats at Sigur Ros which is a proper test! Sound quality was excellent across the range in the gig (they play very loud and very quiet) and the next day I definitely feel my ears had been protected.
Best of the Bunch.
The best service I have received for a LONG time. Great items but also magnificent after sales care. Swiftly replaced my wrongly sized item for a suitable one. HIGHLY RECOMMENTED
Excellent for flying
I’ve suffered from sinusitis for nearly 8 weeks which affected my ears so was worried about flying but am happy to say these earplugs were great. Took a couple of tries to put them in but once there they were comfortable and I had no problems at all while flying, they also cut down the noise while still allowing me to have a conversation. Would highly recommend them.
