I've never had such excellent customer support, ever! Tom has been outstandingly patient with me whilst I find the correct plugs to fit my ears, and explained the reasoning why the plugs need a few days to adapt to the shape of my ears. It has been a pleasure and a joy to have found this company. Not just because they obviously actually care about helping people cope with noise issues, but because their product works!! I've tried all kinds of earplugs and none have been as comfortable and wearable as these. I suffer from searing pain in my ears with any wind at all and need to wear earmuffs even when it is warm - now, I just wear my earplugs and can stop looking bonkers in the summer! I hate things in my ears, so I was very iffy about the idea of wearing them for extended periods, but I wore them dog walking in the wind (yey!!) and continued with them into my local shop which has a loud radio and is painful for me and guess what? I came out of there smiling and calm. And I can still hear people if I want to talk!! Oh my goodness what a find! I started with the kidz size, but that wasn't a good fit, so sent photos and was then provided with adult small. I can't explain how happy I am. Noise is a real issue for me. Tom at Bollsen has helped make things so much more bearable. Thank you very much!!

I am a very light sleeper and I have been using Bollsen ear plugs for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t swap them. I use the ear measurement system as my ears are quite small and they fit perfectly. So easy, really helpful team if you have any questions and quick postage
