Noise Reduction Earplugs
These are my first earplugs for side sleepers. Though they don't cancel all the noise they do a good job reducing the majority of it. It takes a little while to get accustomed to the plugs.

Fabulous product
I have always been a swimmer, always hated ear plugs, recently suffered more and more with water collecting and remaining in my ears after swimming. The BHP changed my view entirely - easy to insert, comfy to wear and totally effective

Undisturbed sleep
These are by a long way the most effective ear plugs I have tried. They muffle snoring, cat chirrups and scratching so that I can sleep through the night. But I am woken by loud noises and the alarm. It took a few days for my ears to get used to them but now they feel comfortable. The container doubling up as a key ring is a nice idea but I found it hard to get the earplugs out of them so I have stuck with my old container and use the Bollsen one as a key ring only.

Protection whilst being creative
Due to an assault whilst doing my job, I have been left with intermittent tinnitus. As a song writer , I need to protect my hearing, whilst playing electric guitar for myself or other song writer's. The protector's are comfortable and easily kept clean,. with a great little metal tube to keep them safe and clean.
Excellent
