Great earplugs
First earplugs to stay in my ears while swimming! I felt so much better knowing that I could keep my ears free from the constant irritation and infections caused by swimmers ear. Come with a handy container to clip onto my bag.
Effective noise reduction but uncomfortable when lying with head on one side against a pillow.
Excellent earplugs
Have slept so well since I got them.
I'm a very light sleeper and these earplugs have blocked out all noise throughout the night and in the morning. I can't even hear my Cockerell crowing!!
Only downside is they hurt a little. I've had titanium earplugs before and they were very sore, so the Bollsen are a significant improvement. But I've small ears and I'm a side sleeper and depending on which ear I sleep on, if does hurt a little in the morning.
Excellent design
I was suffering from lack of sleep as my partner snores very loudly -and a little musically at times 🤪.
I read a Telegraph review into earplugs and opted to try the Bollsen life+ plugs due to the low price point and reuseability.
They are fantastic and have allowed us to sleep in the same bed again which was a huge relief as sleeping in separate beds isnt what we wanted at all.
Will definitely be reordering using their photo sizing feature to ensure a perfect fit.
Sound cancelling earplugs
Very simple but effective tool. Fitting very easy, removal very easy and the effect they have on noise cancelling was perfect for me. I didn’t get the usual ringing and popping that I would get after being exposed to noise.
Fantastic
Best ear plugs I’ve tried. I went through all sorts of standard foam and standard silicone in ear plugs. I also tried the quies noise wax and others. But nothing is as good as these Bollsen life+! Yes they still let in some sound but it makes my partners snoring quiet and it means I can drift off. Highly recommend. Easy to clean/sterilise between uses.

Better than most
The earplugs do not fully block out sounds of snoring, but they do help a lot! Also they are comfortable to wear.
