A good nights sleep
These plugs( ear protection) are really really good ! Very comfortable to wear, no irritation and they work. The cost may seem initially high in comparison to the foam (stuff them in your ear) ones but the Bollsen are the real deal. They also come with a nice carrier which is a nice touch. All in all, highly recommended.

I find these very good for open water swimming. They don't feel intrusive, fit very well, it's as if you're not wearing earplugs. Very comfortable.
