Good plugs but. .
These are very good plugs to block out the harshness of the frequencies in general but they block out too much to be able to mix with and I use Sennheiser HD25s, maybe worth having a little prick hole in the ear plugs just to let some volume through to then be able to mix too

Bollsen ear plugs
Bought direct from Bollsen. Plugs looked substantial online. When they arrived,very quickly l must say, they appeared rather flimsy. Seem to be made from a type of silicone. However, l was pleasantly surprised. It takes a wee bit of practice to get them into the right position in the ear canal. Initially l found that my ear was a little tender from pressure soreness in one ear. Probably because l am a side sleeper and hadn't quite inserted the plug in the right position. A bit of practice finding the right position in the ear canal alleviated the discomfort. The plugs once inserted create a vacuum in the ear canal as they warm up. They do not cut out all the noise but they eliminate most noise. My partner is a noisy breather, hence me trying plugs and l must say these plugs are the bees knees. I found that l do not hear her at all now and have been having great sleeps since using these plugs. I would highly recommend the product.

Good fit
These are comfy to wear, although sometimes my right ear gets a bit sore overnight.
The noise of my husband snoring is muffled but sadly not as much as I had hoped . They are effective at blocking out noises further away such as noisy magpies at 5am and cars going past so that's helpful.

Really good earplugs
I’ve been using these for nearly a year now and they’ve really helped me sleep better. They are comfortable and easy to insert (once you get the hang of it) and hugely reduce the sounds that used to disturb my sleep - planes, traffic, husband snuffling or snoring, etc. So pleased I discovered these.
They come with a very handy little metal tube for storage when travelling etc - I wish this were optional however as you really don’t need a new one with each purchase.
Must have ear plugs
The best I’ve ever had, after having ear surgery and given the ok to go swimming again I felt nervous but the Bollsen ear plug are fantastic, I can swim knowing no water will go into my ear channel. Will buy again and again.
