Since I started using this sleep mask, I've been sleeping like a dead person. I can only recommend

They reduce the sound level nicely to still allow you to enjoy the music but they are very expensive for what they are. An option to buy multiple replacement buds without having the buy the case etc would be a good option
Good but expensive
I was looking for some ear plugs as I’m going traveling for a year and thought they will be useful. I bought these as they have really good reviews. They are very good and after wearing them a few times they are very comfortable. I am a side sleeper and would definitely recommend them if you sleep on your side. My partner is a heavy snorer and some reviews said you can’t hear snoring through them. I found that I could hear snoring however they do block most of the noise out. I would recommend them though. The only small thing I would say is they are expensive and even though I wash mine they do get a bit stained being white.
Great for noisy neighbours
I bought these as our neighbours sometimes have parties and I can hear voices quite clearly through the bedroom window. Was impressed that the earplugs blocked out most if not all of that noise. They didn't block out the sound of my husband snoring next to me though. Really easy to insert and they do fit well
