I’ve been struggling to stay in the water swimming regularly due to ear problems. Bollsen has been very helpful and I’ve had no problems since I started using them. They’re very comfortable and quite snug in the ear.

We found these uncomfortable to wear and the didn’t cut the noise as expected, probably due to poor fit. Aftercare service was brilliant and the refund process fast and efficient. The product is good but just not suitable for us.

Don’t be put off by how small they are, these ear plugs work exceptionally well. Since surgery many years ago, I have struggled to keep my ears dry in the shower and whilst swimming. I have tested daily in the shower and am more confident of swimming this summer. I thoroughly recommended this product.

Good customer service
I originally bought the normal adult earplugs, which work well but I find them slightly big. I thought the smaller Kids ones might be ideal but somehow they hurt my ears - I'm a dedicated side sleeper. Emailed Bollsen and they were great, I returned them for a refund with ease. I've tried a lot of earplugs in the last month and the Bollsen do the best job, I just need a size between adult and kid! I'm persevering with the adult ones. Would recommend the company, good product and great customer service 👍
