I mainly use them after my night shifts. They're super comfortable to wear and don't bother you at all. And the background noises are gone (barking neighbor's dog, banging,. . . ) 🙂
Best I've tried, but can't use daily
I sleep with a heavy snorer and am a light sleeper. Tried loads of plugs but these are the best at excluding the low rumble. Not perfect, but make a big difference. The only issue I have is that what makes them work, the tight seal in the ear, also gives me some discomfort, a feeling of pressure/compression when sleeping on my side. So I have to give myself a night off and use alternative, less good, silicones. It may be just the my ears are built, but it is worth a mention.

Ordered life ear-plugs which were uncomfortable. E mailed customer service and they said probably too big for you. Up grade to custom ones with pictures of ears. For only £10 more, replacement were sent out and are perfect. Dim my husbands to snoring to manageable level!

I bought these after years of disturbed sleep due to my husband snoring. I've had several of the best nights' sleep since I got them. I do find them easy to insert but the left one hurts as I sleep on my side.

Ear plugs
I have been wearing foam ear plugs for 30 years,since I worked nights. I wish I had found Bollson earlier. Foam plugs where ok but quite often actually hurt my ears and would often wake me. My new plugs are so comfortable and give just as much noise reduction. I would recommend them 💯
