Best I’ve used
These are the most comfortable earplugs I have used. They work well and are easy to use. The noise cancelling is by far the best from what I have previously used. You don’t feel them when lying on your pillow and they have yet to fall out or irritate me. Would definitely recommend.

My daughter suffers from perforations and I need good quality earplugs for when she attends swimming sessions. The AI image chose the size for her which have been great for the past 2 wears. Best investment for good quality sleep
I was informed to try an eye mask for better sleep. I tried cheap Air plane version and sadly it did not help much but, I did realise that a better quality mask might do the trick.
Most people do not realise how important it is for your body to rest properly with good sleep. If you are light sensitive, it is worth trying a decent mask that keeps your eyes away from any light and with superior quality silk and fastening, my hair is safe from getting caught or tangled in. I highly recommend this mask for anyone who has poor sleep issues.
