I have tried literally every earplug that I see. usually they are as if you are totally deaf, or you can hardly notice the difference. These worked well- as i play in a band and i felt that it really helped reduce noise while keeping some clarity. Only quibble is that they began to hurt a little after 3 hours! but that's standard

I have tried lots of different ear plugs and none are like these they are comfortable and shape into the ear perfect I cut mine slightly to make them shorter but they block all the noise for a good nights sleep

Very Comfortable
I just bought 3 more pairs of these protections after using the first pair for swimming for more than a year. They work perfectly and you forget you have them in your ears as they are very flexible and light. It takes a couple of uses to learn how to insert them quickly. When you immerse the container in the pool water and you fill it up, the plugs will come out, as they float. They change colour with use, becoming more white. But they stay soft and flexible.
Not perfect but a big improvement
I found the Life+ earplugs slightly uncomfortable, but I don't use earplugs all the time plus I had a bit of a cold so my ear canals were probably a bit swollen. The earplugs certainly became more comfortable after a couple of nights.
Wearing them, I could still hear traffic and people shouting in the street, but they definitely block much more of the noise than ordinary foam earplugs. I'd say they were NOT good enough to stop ordinary noise keeping me awake, but they would stop it waking me once I was asleep. There weren't any sudden, exceptionally loud noises so I don't know how the earplugs perform in that situation.
I do have ridiculously sensitive hearing (as in being disturbed by a watch ticking inside a closed china container about 8 feet away). Others might find them more effective.
Didn't work for me
Nicely packaged and good customer service, but these ear plugs were not as effective for me as my usual foam ear plugs. I did receive a full refund with good comms throughout.
