Don’t fall out and aren’t painful to wear. Can still hear alarm but nothing else. Have been sleeping like a dream since using these.

Once I’ve got them in ok they work really well. I’ve got small ear canal so it’s not easy but I’ve sussed it out and they really help with my snoring partner!

I would recommend sending Bollsen a picture of your ears as shown on their website. The directions are simple. That they can decide the best fitting. I'm so pleased I did that as the AR KI TECH set I received are a perfect fit for my ears. Absolutely brilliant!
I have never been able to find earplugs that fit my ears properly. I recently started swimming again regularly for fitness but water was getting into my ears, causing swimmers ear infections. Thank goodness I found Bollsen's website! I first went for two pairs of their standard earplugs for swimming, which were the best I have ever used.
They stayed in my ears and didn't allow water right into my ear so that it got stuck in there. However, I did find it quite tricky to push them into my ear so that they felt secure, and I had to keep readjusting them every often during my swims, and the left one in particular did and I watered a seep in around it a bit, leaving my outer ear a bit wet.
I took up Bollsen's offer of creating custom-made AI earplugs using Photos of my ears and to my surprise, they fit like a glove. This was a super easy and great value process with great communication and guidance from the customer service team. Apparently, my ear holes are more oval in shape than round, and the resulting a plugs reflect this. They sit immediately securely in my ears and work like a dream.
Even though I use them primarily for swimming, they do cut out a lot of sound as well, and they cut out snoring effectively, and as they are very soft, they are comfortable to sleep with. I'm so pleased with these ear plugs, and I can't Oh, just put them on there and I'll put them in recommend them more.

I've tried various types of earbuds and they all fall out and I lose them. These do not fall out. And they work! Very happy with my purchase.

Not for me but hassle free return and refund
Have not had success with in-ear plugs in the past and hoped these would work due to the design. Sadly they were not for me, and so requested a return. Was offered a ‘custom’ size replacement for small additional cost but declined, and was straightaway sent a prepaid returns label. I sent in a photo of my return receipt and a full refund was credited to my card a few days later. Sorry the ear plugs weren’t suitable, but have given 4 stars for the customer service.

I’ve been told by my doctor I must keep my ears dry - he said to use cotton wool smeared with Vaseline. Doesn’t really work when you’re washing your hair. These ear plugs are brilliant at keeping the water out in the shower, even when washing long hair . Delighted I got them. Highly recommended!
