I know it sounds dramatic but my partner snores terribly. We were sleeping in separate rooms and going on holiday was a nightmare as I would never get any sleep. Resolved a noisy neighbour sleep issue

We have had an ongoing issue with our sleep being disturbed by the noise of the neighbour's TV - she is deaf and has dementia so even when asked struggles to remember to keep the volume down, even at 3 in the morning. Foam earplugs helped a bit but were not up to the job. Tried the Bollsen earplugs and have been amazed by the difference. Block the sound much more effectively and stay in place better.
