Dispatch & customs

We dispatch within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If anything you’ve ordered turns out to be unavailable, we’ll email you straight away with an alternative or a refund.

Delivery times are estimates based on our couriers’ targets, not guarantees. Orders ship from our fulfilment centres in the UK, EU and US.

For deliveries outside the UK, EU and US, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival. These aren’t included in our prices and are set by your country’s customs office, so we can’t calculate them for you. If you need exact figures, check with your local customs office before ordering.
