His snoring had me on the sofa for 3 months. Exhausted, resentful, running on 4 hours a night. Within a week of Life+ Pink we were back in the same bed. That was 10 weeks ago. I haven’t left since.

Tried foam, wax, white noise machines — nothing touched his snoring. A friend recommended BOLLSEN. First night I slept 6 solid hours. I actually cried in the morning. I’d forgotten what real rest felt like.

Sarah Mitchell / Facebook

Partner’s snoring was destroying my deep sleep. Tracked via Fitbit. My GP now mentions them as a non-pharma sleep option.

Marie Dubois / Google

Tested 4 earplug brands over 6 months. Nothing at this price comes close for women with smaller ear canals.

Sophie Bennett / Trustpilot

Switched from foam after developing an ear infection from reusing them. BOLLSEN’s silicone wipes clean, holds its shape, and hasn’t degraded after 80+ nights. No infections, no irritation. Should have switched years ago.

Laura Jensen / Google

Bought these after every cheap pair I owned either fell out or made my ears itch. 4 months of nightly use — zero degradation, zero hygiene issues. The quality versus anything from the pharmacy is immediately obvious.

Claire Hoffmann / Facebook

I wear earplugs 8hrs a night. Every other brand caused soreness within 2 hours. Life+ Pink: zero discomfort across a full 8-hour sleep for 10+ consecutive weeks. I sleep on my side and they stay put all night.

Chiara Russo / Trustpilot

Narrow ear canals — most plugs become painful or fall out within the hour. The medium size fit me on the first try. Now sleeping 7–8 hours on my side with zero pressure buildup. First earplug that has ever truly worked for me.

Nina Sørensen / Facebook

Tried 5 brands — average comfort window was 3 hours before the pressure became unbearable. With Life+ Pink I’ve been wearing them 8hrs nightly for 2 months. I still haven’t found the limit. Nothing else comes close.

Ana Ferreira / Google

Wrong size delivered. Contacted support at 9pm — reply within 4 hours. Replacement shipped next morning, arrived in 2 days. Full resolution in under 72 hours with no return required. That level of care is rare.

Rachel Ford / Facebook

Asked a technical question about fit before buying. Received a detailed response within 3 hours including a product comparison. Purchased the same day based on that reply alone. Exactly what good service should look like.

Marta Kowalski / Google

Ordered from France — arrived in 3 business days, packaging intact, sizing guide included. Received a follow-up email after 7 days to check the fit was right. I’ve never had that level of after-sale care from any brand.

Is Sleeping Through the Night Worth £34.95?

Women who sleep next to a snoring partner lose over 365 hours of sleep every year. That’s 15 full days of rest — gone. It drains your energy, your patience, and quietly wears down your relationship.

A single BOLLSEN Life+ Pink costs just 35p a night over 100 uses.

For 35p a night, it’s not even a question.

Sleep Through His Snoring. Wake Up Yourself Again.

Life+ Pink takes 24 dB off the room from the very first night.

No more lying awake at 3am staring at the ceiling.

No more nudging him and feeling guilty about it.

No more choosing between your sleep and your relationship.

Quiet enough to fall asleep in, and to stay asleep in, on your side.

Designed for Women’s Ears. Two Pairs, 100 Nights Each.

Most earplugs were designed for men. Too big, too stiff, falling out the moment you roll over.

Life+ Pink comes in two sizes. Ear canals vary, and smaller ones are more common in women, so the pack includes a small and a medium pair — keep whichever seals without pressure. The patented two-lamella design in hypoallergenic silicone sits compact and flush, flexible enough to move with you all night long.

Two pairs, in small and medium. Up to 100 uses each. One purchase, months of uninterrupted sleep.

Guaranteed to Work. Or Your Money Back.

Patented 2-lamellae silicone. Lab-verified 24 dB noise reduction. +3,500 verified reviews.

40-day money-back guarantee.

Zero risk.

The only thing you have to lose is another sleepless night.

Why Do Women Choose BOLLSEN?

Comparison chart showing BOLLSEN Life+ Pink versus other earplugs across six features, including blocking snoring and noise, fit for women’s ear canals, hearing alarms and baby sounds, side-sleeper comfort, 40-day money-back guarantee, and reuse for up to 100 nights, with BOLLSEN marked positively on every feature.

Proven in 1,700 Tests. Trusted by Women Every Night.

After over 1,700 tests, an independent laboratory in Germany confirmed that Life+ Pink reduces surrounding noise by an average of 24 dB — enough to drop his snoring to a murmur, while an alarm or a crying baby starts far louder and still reaches you.

Effective against everything keeping you awake:

A snoring partner — the #1 reason women lose sleep every night;

Ticking clocks, dripping taps, and noise from upstairs neighbours;

City traffic, early-morning roadworks, and street noise;

Noise in hotels, on flights, or anywhere sleep feels impossible.

Finally, Earplugs Made for Women’s Ears

Sized to Fit. Soft Enough to Forget.

Standard earplugs are built for men’s ear canals — too large, too rigid, and never quite right. Life+ Pink is designed around women’s anatomy. The silicone is softer, more compact, and shaped to seal without pressure. It moulds to your exact ear canal over the first few nights until it feels like absolutely nothing at all.

Sleep on Your Side. All Night.

Most earplugs stick out. When you roll over, they press into the pillow and wake you — the exact problem you were trying to solve. Life+ Pink’s flush, low-profile design disappears completely inside your ear. No poking. No pressure. No waking up at 2am to pull them out.

Still Hear Your Alarm. And Your Baby.

Life+ Pink filters, not isolates. It blocks low-frequency noise — snoring, traffic, rumble — while letting through high-pitched sounds like alarm clocks, smoke detectors, and a crying baby. You sleep deeply. You stay connected to what matters.

Frequently Asked Questions About Life+ Pink

Will I still hear my alarm clock and my baby?

Yes, and that is by design. Life+ Pink takes 24 dB off the room rather than sealing it out. Snoring and traffic drop to a murmur, while an alarm clock, a smoke detector or a crying baby starts far louder than either and still comes through. It is a question of how loud those sounds are, not of the earplug choosing which ones to pass.

Will Life+ Pink fit me?

Yes. Life+ Pink is designed for women’s ear canals, smaller and softer than standard earplugs. Every pack includes two pairs in two sizes, one small and one medium, so you can choose the pair that seals best without pressure. The soft silicone then moulds to your canal shape over the first few nights until it feels like nothing at all.

Can I use the earplugs during the day as well?

Of course. Life+ earplugs aren’t just for sleeping – they also effectively reduce noise in the office, at home, in classrooms, or while studying. They help you create a calm environment for better focus and higher productivity.

Are they safe to use every night?

Yes. Life+ Pink is made from hypoallergenic silicone, free from BPA, PVC, plasticisers, latex and cadmium, and is safe for nightly use. Unlike foam earplugs, they don’t absorb bacteria and are easy to clean with a soft cloth and mild soap.

What if they don't work for me?

Every order comes with a 40-day money-back guarantee. If you don’t sleep better, we refund you in full — no questions asked, no return required. Over 1,000,000 customers trust BOLLSEN. We’re confident you will too.

Great soundproofing

I bought these for sleeping to block out my partner snoring, and they do block a lot more than normal foam plugs. However, I have narrow ear canals and can’t quite get these to sit flush. So they protrude too much and the pillow pushes them into my ear making them a little uncomfortable. Would be great if a narrower or smaller design was available at some stage.

Best purchase

These are excellent, I stay twice a year with my best friend, only down side she snores really loud, these are amazing! Never thought I could block the snore out! Recommend these highly!!!!

Excellent for flying

I’ve suffered from sinusitis for nearly 8 weeks which affected my ears so was worried about flying but am happy to say these earplugs were great. Took a couple of tries to put them in but once there they were comfortable and I had no problems at all while flying, they also cut down the noise while still allowing me to have a conversation. Would highly recommend them.

Quite Happy

I can tell this has had a great positive impact on my quality of sleeping and studying. I am 100 percent happy of having it. Thank you.

Best Every -- HAPPY HAPPY Sleeper

Great value for money, fast delivery, well packaged. Now able to sleep well every night. My Wife snores like a Lion which has prevented me sleeping for years. First night that I used my New Bollsen Ear Plugs my life changed. Wake up refreshed after a great nights sleep. Only thing I would have asked is to have the instruction card ( not that I needed one ) in an English version rather than German. Zzzzzzzzzzzz

Good for work

The earplugs are well suited for focused work and studying.
When sleeping they don't press, but they filter out too much noise and I can no longer hear my alarm.
For people like me who sleep very deeply, they're unfortunately not suitable for that.

Bollsen hearing protection perfect!

I ordered the Bollsen earplugs because my husband snores so loudly that the walls shake. I happened to come across the Bollsen company on the internet. Placed the first order. The plugs arrived very quickly and I have to say that I was really enthusiastic from the start! They are soft, easy to insert, and fit perfectly to the ear! And what can I say: QUIET!!!! These plugs are really worth every cent! They can also be used for a long time! Top quality!
From me, 10 out of 10 points for friendly communication with the company and the quality of the earplugs!

Helps!

I was a bit skeptical, but I decided to buy it anyway.
They are really very comfortable to wear, you feel them much less than the classic earplugs, handling is simple.
However, it is not a bargain.

Hilft!

Questions & answers

How many decibels do these block out? My husband is an extremely loud snorer!

Anna · 2026-09-19

Answer from BOLLSEN

Hello,
Thank you for your question! Our Life+ earplugs are designed for exactly this kind of situation: helping make a partner’s snoring quieter so you can enjoy a more peaceful night.
They offer noise reduction rated at 24 dB SNR and are made from soft silicone, with a low-profile fit that’s comfortable for sleeping on your side.
I hope they help you both enjoy more restful nights!
Kind regards,

Would these block out my neigbours barking dog?

Lee S. · 2026-09-11

Answer from BOLLSEN

Hello,
Thank you for your question!
Our Life+ earplugs would be a good option to try for reducing the sound of your neighbour’s barking dog, particularly when you’re trying to sleep or relax.
Life+ has a certified noise reduction rating of 24 dB SNR. This means it can make surrounding noise less intrusive, although the amount of barking you still hear will depend on how loud and close the dog is and how well the earplugs fit.
They’re made from soft, hypoallergenic silicone, with a low-profile design intended to sit comfortably when sleeping on your side. They’re also washable and reusable, making them practical for regular night-time use.
A good seal makes a real difference to performance. If you’re concerned about sizing, our optional AR-KI photo-based measurement service can help with a more individual fit.
Your purchase is covered by our 40-day satisfaction guarantee, including opened and used earplugs. That gives you the opportunity to try them at home with the actual noise you’re dealing with. If you’re not happy with the result, let us know within 40 days of purchase and we’ll help with the return and refund.
I hope they can help make your evenings and nights more peaceful!
Kind regards,

Are any of your ear plugs more suitable than others in your range for side sleepers

Carolyn · 2026-08-29

Answer from BOLLSEN

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

For side sleepers, the most suitable option in our range is our Life+ earplugs, which are specially designed for comfortable use while sleeping, including when sleeping on your side.

For an even better and more personalised fit, we also recommend Life+ earplugs with our AR KI TECH online ear measurement service, which uses photos of your ears to determine the most suitable size for you.

Kind regards

Are these disposable ear plugs or can you wear them for ever?

Michael · 2026-08-03

Answer from BOLLSEN

Hello,

Thank you very much for your question.

Our earplugs are reusable and are not designed to be thrown away after a single use. They are made from soft, durable silicone and can generally be used long time when cleaned, stored, and handled correctly.

However, they are not intended to last forever. For the best comfort, hygiene, and noise-reduction performance, we recommend replacing them if the silicone becomes damaged, torn, permanently deformed, unusually hard, difficult to clean, or no longer creates a secure seal in the ear. Based on our internal testing and customer feedback, we recommend replacing the earplugs after approximately 100 uses to maintain optimal comfort, hygiene, and noise-reduction performance.

To help extend their lifespan, please clean them gently with mild soap and lukewarm water, allow them to dry completely, and store them safely in their case between uses.

With proper care, they can provide reliable protection and comfort for a long time.

Best regards,
